My debut book is a blend of my research insights and practical experience, based on three decades of Managerial experience. Hence, I am focusing my attention on efficient management and effective leadership practices that can enable engaging, inspiring, and ethical work environments.
I am an Assistant Professor in undergraduate and graduate studies with a sincere interest in social sciences, vocational education, and leadership coaching and mentoring. My extensive industry management experience includes several senior leadership roles that include leading a chain of stores consisting of several multi-cultural teams.
My experience contains a vast exposure to international markets while working with a premium assortment of luxury international brands, across diverse product categories. I advocate responsive, responsible leadership practices, and ethical workplace environments that can facilitate meaningful work, work engagement, self-development, trust, self-determination, and enhanced connectivity.
In my book "Ethical HEROES" I share extensive research results by revealing that nurturing self-efficacy, personal power, internal locus of control, self-esteem, assertiveness, and positive emotions are integral to effective leadership.
